Dell Computer Corporation Complaint - Bad Customer Services By Dell
SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- I have tried unsuccessfully to get Dell to tell me how to gain access to the owner's manual that it claims it includes online for the Inspiron 530 computer that I bought from the company. There is no way a client of Dell can communicate about this problem with the company since none of its employees is stationed in the U.S. These overseas workers for Dell obviously are trained to tell people like me that we have no right to ask questions, such as the one I posed.
In short, do not buy a Dell computer unless you are prepared to resolve its shortcomings with your own time and money.
