Palm Bay Chevrolet Complaint - to receive a new vehicle

Review by tammr6@aol.com on 2003-10-02
PALM BAY, FLORIDA -- I purchased a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am with 23,000 miles on it. The first six months was fine, then the nightmare began. The security system started to malfunction, which leads to the vehicle not starting at all. This continued for about five more times taking it to the dealership, having them fix it and going on. I have had to have it towed to the dealership due to the car not starting. To say the least now I would like to have satisfaction. To anyone who reads this,DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM PALM BAY CHEVROLET!!!!!!

its not the dealer... its a flaw in the grand am, when it wont start u have to turn the key to the on position and let it sit until the security lite stops blinking.. then when the comouter has reset.. the car will start.. what we all need to do is press pontiac till they recall the LEMON!
