TACA airlines Complaint - TACA boards baggage in favor of passengers

SAN PEDRO SULA -- On the 26 of December our family of five were at the airport for confirmed seats on a flight from San Pedro Sula, Honduras to Roatan, Honduras. The flight left without us because there was insufficient room as a passenger ahead of us was boarded with a very large amount of oversize luggage including 6foot long Igloo coolers.
Each time we attempted to talk to the young lady who was the ticket agent she said "I'll be back in a minute." as she walked away.
TACA has sent compensation in the form of vouchers for $250.00 for each member of our family.
The vouchers are not adequate compensation.
