TOBI Complaint - Will Not Refund Money

I order the Tobi Steamer on December 15, 2007 and tried to cancel the order the same day. I was told by this company that I was unable to cancel this order.They told me I had to wait for it to be shipped out then I needed to refuse the package. It took over a month for me to get it and when it came I refused it. I have been calling this company in regards to my refund and have yet to get it. I spoke to a rep who informed me that they did receive their product back but still has yet to refund my money.The rep keeps telling me that I should have received the credit he does not know what is going on call back in 2 days.I have been told this 4 times. I have asked to speak to a supervisor which tells you that they need to call the corp. office and they will not give you that number.

I have been getting the run around since I made the mistake of order that product. I should not have had to wait for them to ship the product when I canceled it the same day. The item was still in there warehouse and they didn't ship it until a month later.

Hopefully you paid by credit card. If so, just dispute the charge with your credit card company - tell them you never got the product. The company might be stalling until your window to dispute the charge is closed. Be proactive and call your credit card company today. Good luck.
