TOBI Complaint - Will Not Refund Money
I order the Tobi Steamer on December 15, 2007 and tried to cancel the order the same day. I was told by this company that I was unable to cancel this order.They told me I had to wait for it to be shipped out then I needed to refuse the package. It took over a month for me to get it and when it came I refused it. I have been calling this company in regards to my refund and have yet to get it. I spoke to a rep who informed me that they did receive their product back but still has yet to refund my money.The rep keeps telling me that I should have received the credit he does not know what is going on call back in 2 days.I have been told this 4 times. I have asked to speak to a supervisor which tells you that they need to call the corp. office and they will not give you that number.
I have been getting the run around since I made the mistake of order that product. I should not have had to wait for them to ship the product when I canceled it the same day. The item was still in there warehouse and they didn't ship it until a month later.
