Sprint / Nextel Complaint - The Sprint / Nextel Company Is Overcharging Customers

BOYERTOWN, PENNSYLVANIA -- We have been with the Sprint/ Nextel mobile phone service since December 2007. Every month they have overcharged us and everybody we have talked to between 200 and 300 dollars. If/When you call customer service they have you on the phone for hours(2-3)at a time and they say that they "fixed it" the next month's bill that you get your overcharged again. Along with the extra charges for the previous month. Some extra charges range from: the internet- roaming charges, we had the internet blocked specifically for the reason so that you couldn't go on it to spend the extra money, and they still charge us.

I am a single mom with 3 children and we are locked into a 2 year contract that we can't get out of. With the roaming charges, the specific plan that we chose did not have roamin charges and that is the main reason that we chose it.
