PappaJohns Pizza Complaint - The Overcharging For Pizza

Review by Mrs on 2008-03-04
LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- I have been trying to get this resolved since super bowl Sunday. I paid two times for one pizza and never got one pizza then when my husband went to get the pizza, they made us pay again I was promised a check which I never got. The store was in Las Vegas, NV 4790 Fort Apache Road 89147. The amounts were $25.47 and $18.31 for a total of $43.78. Please call me [snip]. Waiting to hear from you.

A very disgruntled customer Carolyn Mc Means.

If you used a credit card, call and request a charge back if it's before 60 days, or file a dispute and provide them a copy of the receipt. If this was through your bank, take in the original receipt and file a reversal. It may take some time, but it seems like Papa John's couldn't care less.

Did you place an order online the first time?
If so, wouldn't you have a receipt for the order showing payment? I've ordered from them several times and I always get an email confirmation.

Wow, I'll bet when that pizza arrives, it's going to be cold.
