Network Productions Compliment - Good Service Still Exists!
MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA -- I recently purchased 2 shirts online, from Network Productions. There was some difficulty in obtaining a tracking number; however the shirts arrived on time and undamaged. Unfortunately, the shirts did not fit. They were too small. So I contacted the company’s generic email and let them know about the situation. I was instructed by a girl named Erin to simply mark the package as “return to sender”, with a note enclosed regarding the exchange. This didn’t seem right, but I tried it anyway. My postal carrier would not accept the package, as it had been opened. So I contacted Network Productions once more. I let them know that my carrier would not accept the package with out postage and that I was concerned about the timeline. The shirts where purchased for an upcoming concert, just 14 business days away. 3-5 days both ways, was cutting it pretty close! Erin responded that she would send my shirts out that day (Thursday Feb. 28, 2008) and that if I would return the two shirts that I had in my possession, she would refund the postage price to my credit card. Well, I got my shirts yesterday (they fit!) and I faxed the receipt for the return postage this morning. We will have to wait and see about the cost of postage. I hope I get it back. Postage to Canada was not cheap!
Overall, the customer service was great. Erin did give me wrong information but she fixed it right away and apologized for the mistake. I was so glad to see that good service exists still!
UPDATE**** I got my shipping charges refunded and I got my shirts right when Erin said I would get them!! YAY for good customer service!
