Midway Nissan Informative - Service - Service Department

85310, ARKANSAS -- I had bought a Nissan truck from another dealership which failed horribly in service. This truck I purchased did not come with a many items that should be standard per the 142-point inspection. Things were missing or not working.....to make a long story short I had no wheel lock key and the selling dealer wanted to sell me one for 40 dollars. Called Midway and they said they'd take all locks off and place my spare in bed of truck. The spare was also locked down, all for free.."just bring it in and i'll help you out." Drove up and talked to the service manager and he took my truck right in. Although it was an hour and a half later due to the spare being locked and having to unbolt the whole assembly to get it down he gave me my keys and said good luck.

This was just such a great gesture and service that I could hardly believe what just happened. All this for free... Just wanted to say thanks by giving a good review for a change.
