Peter Coppola Hair Salon Complaint - Horrible Service - Hair Salon

WESTPORT, CONNECTICUT -- I truly hate to pan a place, but in this case it's deserving. I've never received such poor service or bad attitude in all my years of getting hair cuts and hi-lights. I moved to Westport from Manhattan and am used to high prices (I used to go to John Barrett at Bergdorf's and Bumble & Bumble). I am also used to the level of service and attention that goes along with such a price. The stylist gave me the most minimal partial hi-light I've ever had and never checked to see if the color was right after she put in the foils.

She never once checked on me again and was incredible inattentive while working. The only nice person in the entire building was at the coat check. I'm so disappointed.

Did you ask to speak to the manager and let him/her know that you weren't happy with the highlights or the service you received? I can only imagine that such a salon isn't cheap and for the prices they charge it should be a pleasant experience. It's not too late - - give the manager a call and calmly explain that you're not happy - - they deserve to know.

I agree SuusanB...situations can't be corrected if they aren't brought to management's attention.
