Target Informative - Return policy
PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA -- Their return policy is the worst. I bought some of my daughters' bridal shower gifts at Target. The shower was 3 1/2 months before the wedding. After the shower, everything was put into storage. They were living with me and saving money to buy a house. Six months ahave gone by and they just moved into their house last week. They took everything out of storage and decided to exchange some of the gifts. Bed, Bath and Beyond took all the returns NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Target absolutely refused because more than 90 days has passed. Now they are stuck with things that they don't want and don't match the decor in their new home.
If you buy from the Bridal Registry make sure the gifts are going to be opened less than 90 days after you buy them. They won't take them back not even if you have the original receipts or bought them with a target credit card like I did. I am canceling my account and will now shop at Walmart, Kmart or I'll drive to Jersey and shop at Kohl's. I won't set foot in that store again.
