Quest Communications Informative - Quest=No clue - Bundle Cable/Internet/Phone

GREEN VALLEY, ARIZONA -- We bought a rental in Arizona and the choices of Cable TV and Phone were Quest or Cox Comm. My sister who is a partner in the investment called Quest because she had a good experience with Direct TV, one of their services, where she lives in Calif. The service for TV and Phone went off without a hitch. When we asked to get the DSL service all hell broke loose... The modem arrived and was installed by the property mgr. The problem is the bill...Offered us a modem for half price didn't happen...offered us 26.99 which is high compared to Calif. didn't happen charged me 44.99. Called cust. service talked to Deeana and she was the worst said I cannot cancel service and cannot talk to a supervisor. She said that I can be called back by (?)within 24-48 hrs. I was really hot!! Called back to a billing service that I got off the internet and talked to Rob. He was real helpful. He turned me on the a supervisor, Jose to discontinue service. I felt that there was a total lack of trust with this company. Bottom line I was charged 44.99 because the phone program I was not did not qualify for the 26.99 bundle. CAN THEY TELL YOU THAT WHEN YOU SIGN UP FOR THE SERVICE!! To make an already long story short Jose reduced my bill from $175 to $75 but Jose let me know that I would have problems with next months bill so I will have to call again. Is that anyway to run a business?
