American Online Complaint - Billing and customer service

ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA -- American online created a new account off of a sub account for my stepson- did not notify me or obtain my permission to bill me for this new account. The money was taken out of my checking account for two months before I realized this. They will not reimburse my account and their billing clerks were fairly rude. The "coach" who was the only level of supervisor who talks to the "public" was extremely rude and sarcastic and informed me he did not have to give me HIS supervisor's name and insinuated that I was not a very intelligent person when I asked him to spell his last name. I will find a new online service ASAP
