Spirit Delivery Compliment - Great Employees
PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA -- On March 1st I had Four appliances installed and delivered. I did not get the names of the men but they worked so hard to get them in place. Maytag engineers poorly designed their 26ft refrigerators. They had to remove the latches from my door and the handles from the fridge just to get it in.(I have a standard 36in door). The old microwave was so heavy but no complaint. Finally the dishwasher, a broken hinge. They assisted me in having a new one sent when Maytag wanted to send a repair man.
On March 5th my new dishwasher arrived with Victor and Lucas. They installed it and checked it and were on their way. I was their first stop at 7:15am. At 10am I had puddle on the floor. Again I got the run around from Maytag but when I called Spirit they made arrangements to come back on the 6th. To my surprise, Victor and Lucas came back after their shift. I know it was dinner time and they had a long day but they tried to help but it was the seals around the door. They stayed until I was promised another dishwasher on the 11th. They then had traffic to Philadelphia, Pa.from north Jersey. How is that for service?
Things got worse after they left. The microwave that had been repaired on the 4th had died again. I now look forward having these guys return on the 11th with both new appliances.
