Whirlpool - Poor Quality and poor customer service

ROCHESTER, NEW YORK -- We purchased a whirlpool gas range a year and half ago. We will never buy any Whirlpool product again. Within the first 6 months we had 4 repair men come out. Scheduling the repair man was so time consuming. Whirlpool's Customer Service never actually answered the phone--3 times we were on the phone for 20 minutes and still no one answered the phone. Finally we scheduled the repair man online. The oven still smells strongly of gas when we turn it on, and we were told, "yeah that'll happen."
Now when our oven is preheating the electronic controls start beeping and the F2 code comes up. After about 5 minutes we can finally get the code to cancel out. From the beginning this appliance has been a piece of junk with part after part breaking under normal usage.
