Nextel/Sprint Complaint - Nextel Customer No Service
NEWARK, OHIO -- My main complaint is the way I have been treated by Nextel. They never do what they say they are going to do.When you call to make changes to your plan,the changes do not get done. When I decided to go month to month & not renew my contract, they started charging me .40 cents a minute for exceeding my allowable minutes. My calling habits did not change,but mysteriously I started going over on my minutes. I changed to a new provider [thank god], but I am still being tortured with a 200.00 early termination fee for a phone that was on seasonal standby for 6 months. They told me for the remaining term of the contract for that particular phone, I cant just keep it on standby. I either have to pick a plan for the remaining 6 months,or pay the 200.00 fee. [that phone quit working 1.5 years ago] Horrible, horrible company the service centers are another story, not enough time or space to go there.
On a brighter note, Cingular has been treating me like the good paying customer that I am. Good company.
