Old Navy Complaint - Shipping rip off
FISHERS, INDIANA -- I placed an on-line order in February 2008 and received confirmation that the order was fulfilled and that all items were in stock. Then, a few days later I got an e-mail that they were only able to ship the socks from the order since they had overestimated their supply on the rest of my order.
They did not give me the option to cancel my order or to substitute another item. They told me all this after the fact. So, I ended up paying full shipping charges just for socks.
I called and e-mailed them, but they said that their policy does not allow them to refund any shipping, even though they failed to complete the order. I got ripped off.
