Bloomex.ca Complaint - Poor Service and Useless Guarantee

I ordered flowers for my wife and daughter for Valentines Day online, as it would be delivered to our door for a surprise. When we got the flowers, the roses for my wife were already wilted, and when she put them in a vase, the petals off of one rose fell off completely. I called their customer service, and was told that if we put them in a box, they would be picked up the next day, and my Mastercard would be credited. No one has shown up for three weeks, and when I called them again, they said that the time had expired, and nothing would be done.

They also said that they had sent me an email telling me this, which isn't true, as I was looking at my inbox at the time. Do not order flowers from these people, they are small time and don't give a crap about you or your satisfaction.

I guess a charge back would be in order.
