Starbucks - 5th Avenue, Naples, FL Complaint - Very Dirty Bathrooms

Review by laurent on 2008-03-10
NAPLES, FLORIDA -- I visited the Starbucks location on 5th Avenue in Naples, Florida - not exactly a ghetto! There were no soap or hand towels and the place was a mess. They are in direct violation of health codes if, for no other reason, employees handling food cannot wash their hands.

Did you bring this to the attention of the local Board of Health?

Did you notify the store manager?

How shocking! I'll never go to any Starbucks in the world till paper towels are restocked. You must immediately post this vital information on every web site known to man. Its your mission in life. Thank god for great Americans like you for bringing this to our attention.

employees will have a separate swink in the back with anti-bacterial soap nearby. as well as the alcohol gel to use.

you have no proof that employee's are not washing their hands after restroom use.

Really, ya outa see the Starbucks employee lounges. they're great, computers, video games, pool table, exercise equipment, showers, individual lockers, AND a private restroom!! lol!

What did the manager say when you brought the conditions of the bathroom to his/her attention?

This subject has come up before. Unless a place of business is just nasty, blame the condition of the restrooms on the customers. They are the ones who leave the mess behind.

Did it ever occur to you that may be they had been absolutely swamped in the store and nobody had gotten to the bathrooms yet? Did it ever occur to you that it would've been far more helpful of you to approach the counter and let them know what bad shape it is in?
