AT&T Informative - Can't Wait To End Agreement
This company is really aggravated me. When I requested my area code changed they just opened a new account for me - meaning I'm locked in for another two years. Then they didn't even let me know that I now have two separate contracts. They charged me for another month on my old contract and then cut my new phone off - three months into my new contract because I didn't pay my old contract - WHICH THEY NEVER TOLD ME ABOUT - until I had to spend an hour on the phone with them to figure out what was going on.
Off course there's nothing you can do because at any chance they get they renew your account and then you have to pay a fortune to get out of it. They will milk you for everything you've got.
