Comcast Corporation Complaint - Poor Service - Cable TV
ROCKFORD, ILLINOIS -- The cable that Comcast installed from the telephone pole to our house fell down to the ground. We were worried that our dog might bite it or someone may trip. My wife called 2x starting on 2/12/08 to have the cable restrung. On 3/6/08 I made a call requesting that the line be restrung. On 3/11/08 I called for the 4th time and asked to cancel the cable. Comcast said then said that they would have the cable restrung today and would give me 1 week free.
This is sad service. I wonder if they will really fix the cable today. We are going to look into Direct TV.
