Target Complaint - Return/Replacement Policy
TROY, MICHIGAN -- Target is very inflexible for its customers. I purchased an item for my child ahead of her birthday. Her birthday was 94 days after purchase, which was passed the 90 days with no flexibility. When she opened the item on her birthday it was defective. Targets strict return policy offers no flexibility and the replacement time is 30 day after purchase through the manufacture number they gave me. They stock junk from China that is poorly made. MAYBE THAT IS WHY THE DISCONTINUED SELLING THIS PRODUCT WHICH IS NOT A TOY BUT A PIECE OF DOLL FURNITURE. iT WOULD HAVE NICE OF THE PEOPLE AT TARGET TO TELL ME THEY WER NOT GETTING THE ITEM BACK IN STOCK , THEN i WOULD HAVE TAKEN IT BACK EARLIER. bUT i GUESS i AM SUPPOSED TO GUESS WHEN A PRODUCT IS DISCONTUNUED BECAUSE OF PROBLEMS. Nobody is looking for special treatment and everybody knows the 90 day policy so save the dumb comments about those items. The problem is it was poorly made and they do not stock the item because of it.
I have canceled my target credit card and have returned over $ 300.00 dollars in merchandise that was still under 90 days old. They may not have helped me but it cost them a lot more money today and I will not shop their again and will spread the news about them
