Vonage Complaint - BAD Customer Service
DENVER, COLORADO -- I ordered Vonage in Jan 08. I never received the equipment for 2 months. I tried calling them several times and was told to wait. In the meantime Vonage continued to charge me the monthly fees. Finally 1 day I gave up and called them to cancel my service and they charged me a disconnect fee of 40.00 and also a 45 for the eqipment that I never received. And also billed for 2 months of service that I did not use. Customer service was really bad and not willing to help at all. They did not speak good English and were hard to understand.
My 2 cents - Stay away from Vonage - it sucks.
