Imperial Palace Informative - Visitation
BILOXI, MISSISSIPPI -- I recently lost my mom and we always stayed at the I.P. I took my dad to stay and was shocked that the entire time there we could not use our comps at all (9-15 MAR 08). In addition, we were told at the desk that we had a free room for 2 nights and the next 2 nights we would pay but would be comped for it. Mind you I had the choice of staying free at the ISLAND VIEW but we always stayed at the I.P. for the past 15 years thru thick and thin! We go there at least 2-3 times a yr. I cannot afford to drive from FL. again now. I would like to give you one more shot. Needless to say my dad, and 4 sisters are very disappointed at this casino and in the future its NOT OUR FAULT that your computers were down to take care of us. I know we are not your high ELITE ROLLERS, but never the less I hope you hear and read this and have the decency to return my complaint but WE are probably not that IMPORTANT to you. We use to get tickets, airfare, free meals, free play, and great service but when I requested to speak to someone at checkout time she stated you were unavailable. I sure hope that changes.
As a General Manager for a large Building Supply retail chain I always take care of the customer and ensure that its not the amount they spend, in a life time they spend 1-2 hundred thousand dollars, thats what its about!! So, in closing I The time to return a message to all my unsatisfied customers,DO YOU! PLEASE FOWARD A COPY OF THIS TO A MANAGER AND HOPE HE WANTS US BACK
