Pizza Hut of Green Brook, NJ Complaint - 03/16/08 - Bad Service - Pizza Hut
GREEN BROOK, NEW JERSEY -- We arrived at our Pizza Hut of Green Brook in route 22 around 6.30pm on a Sunday night. There were only a dozen of people when our 10 people party arrived.
First thing we asked was that if they could do separated checks for us, since we had credit cards and didn't want to take time dividing only one check. Waiter told us he had to check with his manager, when he came back he told us that he wasn't able to do it and that we had to split the check ourselves, we decided it was not big deal.
We ordered our drinks and food and not until 15 minutes later we got our drinks, he brought 1 pitcher of soda for us and after we all tasted it was a big mistake. He gave us Cherry Pepsi instead of regular. When I went to ask him that he gave us the wrong Pepsi, he looked surprised and said : "We are fixing the regular pepsi now"...which made me think that he knew exactly what he was giving us in the first place. We let it go and wait for the regular pepsi to work, which we got 5 minutes later.
Then we started checking our utensils and some of them even had pizza residues on them, they were filthy as the whole rest. was.
We got our first order of breadstick 30 minutes later and only 45 minutes later we got the pizzas, after asking for them about 5 times with the same answer "They are coming out now".
Waiter promised a 10% discount for the whole bill, when we got the bill it was a $3.00 discount for a $110.00 bill, we couldn't believed it and when to speak to the manager (who by the way was cleaning up tables), she said she was going to fix it.
Then she took $10.00 off the bill, then smart waiter went to try to separate the bill but when he went to separated he charged us the food without the discount....!!!! At this point all I wanted is to leave that place.... it was 8.30pm already!!! INCREDIBLE!!
