PetsLife Complaint - Auto refill - Pet products

I have used PetLife once or twice to order Advantage because their prices were competitive. I received an email a few months after my last order reporting that they were going to automatically send more product unless I canceled the order! This is very bad business. I do not know if they are going to send the product anyway, but they responded by email that they would cancel the order. What if I had not seen their email stating that I was on auto refill? Then they have the audacity to state that not all products are refundable.

I would NEVER order from a company that did not indicate up front that they would auto-send something!!

At least they sent you a warning email. Thanks for the warning! ps- Magazines.com does the same thing.
