Staples Complaint - Accounts Department and General Customer Service
LONDON -- Ordered 3 printer cartridges, one was incorrect but they wouldn't take it back until we paid for another. Their accounts department made a mistake and said we owed them for the cartridge when they owed us. They referred us to a debt collection agency which may well have affected our credit rating as a company. I have wasted so much time trying to get them to put this right. Then I am told that things are fine then get another call from the collection agency. All my calls to Staples have been dealt with in an appalling manner and customer 'service' does not come into it.
We spent a great deal with them every week. The matter remains unresolved. Good bye Staples.
I remain dissatisfied and hope any one reading this will agree; disgusting.
