Walgreens Complaint - Getting some cooperation
CLAYTON, CALIFORNIA -- First of all I want to say that I've worked for Walgreens for 17 years now and have been at the same store all these years, I even helped set it up. I love working for Walgreens their a great Company to work for. But lately we have been having a problem that can't seem to get resolved no matter who we talk too. Our store has been having problems with our Air conditioning for over a year now. Last summer was barely tolerable when the air conditioner would leak and instead of fixing the problem they would just turn it off. After so much complaining of the heat and no air circulation in the store they finally called in a repair man and discovered that all the copper wiring was removed from the air conditioner by some one that was able to climb up on the roof after hours. To make a long story short we've emailed the DM for help but got no reply.
Now, summer is coming upon us quickly and still no word on if or when the air conditioning will get fixed. It's hard to do your work and be positive when it's hot in the store and even the customers complain of the heat..We all feel sluggish and exhausted because theirs no air circulating in the store. What do we have to do to get some help or answers from someone in the company. It feels like they just don't care or want to spend the money to fix it..I have a feeling at my age I might be out of work from heat exhaustion more than I'm going to be at work this summer!!!!
Does anyone have any ideas on how to get this resolved????
