FIA Card Services Complaint - Horrible customer service - I cancelled my card
After 8 phone calls (in 3 of which I got disconnected accidentally) trying to resolve a problem with my Rewards card, I finally canceled my account. This was supposed to be a Rewards card, yet after over 6 months they could not get my rewards to work.
So my business spendings of $1600 will not earn any points, but at least I don't have to spend further hours on the phone with them. I'm getting a Citi Business card.
