Myfreeestimates.com Informative - Scam - Lead generation

AUBURN HILLS, MICHIGAN -- Just recently started with Myfreeestimates. Have received disconnected #'s, wrong#'s, people who didn't know what they were filling out online, Customers who have had more than five contractors call them already, leads that were over 2 weeks old and they were not too happy to have yet another contractor call them I have called no less than 10 times and left messages with my "REP" the Salesman, customer service no return calls. Was suppose to be able to adjust how many leads I received can't do that with out customer service the crappy leads just keep coming $29 each 2-3 a day doesn't take long for that to add up.
I have disputed the charge on my card next step is state attorney general office and to list the CEO ERIC CARSTEN' MOM and Dads home phone numbers on as many blogs and various web sites, hope they like the attention that will get and I also have Erics phone number that one I save for my enjoyment I'm going to wait and see what they do when I do get a hold of some one in the company at first was just going to cancel and pay for the crap leads I did get but the first time I called tara answered and I was told I could not cancel and there was nothing I could do since then my calls do not get answered the lead package cost me $725.00 I have received almost 20 leads and have talked to 3 prospective customers and did 2 estimates, By MYFREEESTIMATES standards that should cost almost $600.00.

Myfreestimates.com is a complete joke!!!! The business is run (especially CEO Eric Carstens) by a bunch of morons who only care about money and not the quality of there leads! All I can say is, "Contractors Beware", MyFreeEstimates.com is out for your money!

YES! Stay Away from My Free Estimates.Com They conned my company out of over $800 and refuse to make good on thier promises. I have reported them to the Attorney General's office and filed a complaint with the BBB in Minnisota (where they are). We are currently talking to VISA about discontinuing thier account. As a contractor, we were not screened for quality work, or were we even asked anything about our company, so who knows what kind of contractors they are recomending! Stay away!
