GANDHINAGAR -- I have purchased new Nokia-3110c mobile from Gandhinagar two months back. Now that mobile is able to support 1gb memory card as per the company's specification. But my mobile is having problem of supporting memory card. When ever I insert 1gb/512mb memory card, my mobile gets started reset and frequently it on/off automatically up to I remove that memory card. For that problem I already gone to Nokia care, Gandhinagar and they suggest me to load new software and even after reload new software, still the position remain same.
For this problem you are requested to suggest me further course of action.
