Magnavox Complaint - Service - What A Joke - LCD TV

ORWIGSBURG, PENNSYLVANIA -- Magnavox---another reason to buy a Sony.

Purchased a Magnavox 52 inch LCD TV. One day short of the warranty running out, guess what, the TV stopped working. It is now almost 2 months and going back and forth with the company and the service provider that was appointed to us to fix the TV and it still isn't fixed. DO NOT BUT THEIR PRODUCT. The service from Magnavox is a joke. I am out over $300.00 for a TV that still hasn't been fixed. The parts are under warranty but was told the labor isn't. After spending a month on the phone with Magnavox was told by a Supervisor, Anne, that I should have asked for some type of compensation before they started the work order, they would have waived any fees. When asked why this wasn't addressed, she said, we won't tell you that, we would lose money that way. Well what about all the time I have spent on the phone, time missed from work waiting for a repair man to show up and my time without use of a TV.

Again--Magnavox--ANOTHER REASON TO BUT A SONY.
