ZipZoomFly Informative - Lousy Customer Service - No Item Shipped After Two Weeks - No Responses To Email Or Phone Messages
DON'T BUY FROM THESE $&"@$.. After two weeks, five emails, and three phone messages these clowns STILL have not responded OR shipped my purchase. I bought an item after receiving a 'back in stock' email. I, too, was fooled by other reviews that said that ZipZoomFly was a reputable reseller. However, they sent me a BS shipping confirmation regarding my '2-day Fedex' shipment on March 17th. I have checked the tracking number numerous times, and FedEx STILL shows that no such package has ever been received or shipped. If you try to call ZZF's 'customer service' number, they drop you to an ANSWERING MACHINE and then NEVER CALL YOU BACK.
I've had $150 held from my checking account for nearly two weeks, and STILL don't have an item OR proof that it has ever shipped. As far as I'm concerned, these jerks SUCK and I will -NEVER AGAIN- do business with them. If you're smart, YOU WON'T EITHER.
