As a consumer from your state, I felt it was my responsibility to bring to your attention the following incident.
My complaint is about a 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe I purchased at RK Chevrolet in Virginia Beach Va. I start off to say that this was my dream car and now it has become my nightmare. Ever since I purchased the vehicle it has been in and out of the shop getting fixed, one problem took over two weeks to fix. I've tried to be very civilized about the whole issue and my patience is growing short. I feel that the vehicle is a lemon and because i have not taken it in to the shop more than 3 times for the same thing no one wants to take this vehicle back. I've talked with people from the dealership but no one seems to be interested in my problem, but before i gave them my money they called everyday. Ive talked with GMC customer service but all they do is take my complaints. I believe in US made that is one of the reasons for buying this vehicle, another is that I serve my country faithfully in the US Navy and it's taken me years to save up for this truck and as i'm sure you know military pay is not much, and i feel that i've been taken for my money. To add one final note i have to bring this vehicle back in the shop for a new problem. I don't think i should be having this many problems with a 2004.I feel so deserted.
As a resolution, I would like the following:
I would like to one of several things happen. One thing would be for the deaalership to buy this vehicle back, aan extended bumper to bumper warranty, or trade into another vehicle.
