Dragonfly - Ashland, OR Complaint - Customer Service
ASHLAND, OREGON -- Went in and had a bad night (they brought us the wrong wine; took 35 minutes to bring us our meal after ordering, in a not very busy room; we both had some stomach issues after we left that night) and so as not to embarrass the server any more than he may have already been I decided to call the next day and explain what happened in hopes that the restaurant would do their best to try to make me a happy customer again. Spoke to the owner, "Dee," and not only did she not try to make me happy in any way -- she went into some kind of legal speak about how their food is fresh and implying that they were not liable for any crappy food we might have eaten. Great. Nice. Now she's made me think that I should have called a lawyer instead of being neighborly.
Please think twice about these people before you eat there, as they don't seem to care if you have a bad time if they get your cash.
