Washington Mutual Complaint - Wamu's Activities Relative To Theft/Mistakes In Your Accounts
WASHINGTON -- I have spoken to several attorneys and news organizations regarding the practices of Washington Mutual and their lack of responsiveness to customer complaints. More over the interest seems to be how WAMU handles account matters when a teller makes a costly error to accounts or someone other than yourself walks into a branch and withdraws a large amount of money from your accounts. How many different stories were given for the incident? Who did customer service put you in touch with? How much money was it? How much was charged in fee's and how many checks bounced as a result? What security measures were lacking during the transaction? How long did it take before your money was returned? Was the money ever returned? Was there an arrest? Was it reported to the authorities, if so, did the WAMU investigators co-operate? Total fee's paid?
