NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- Before I ordered a TV from Pricemad, we called and were told that all the TVs were new, so I ordered a Sharp Aquos. After they got my credit card they informed me that the TV was Class A refurbished, never used, but they had to tell me that. Also said that it had full warranty from Sharp. Then, of course, they sold me a $60 shipping via Fed Ex instead of local ground which would take up to 4 weeks. Two weeks later, I still did not have a tracking number and when I finally got it after 5 phone calls, and received the TV, it was obviously a used TV. The warranty was voided by Sharp in the manual. All I got was lies and excuses from them. I will never order anything from them again. There are more reputable dealers on the internet whose products are new and not much more in cost than they charge for a reconditioned TV.

Lesson learned: never order a TV unless the web site prints that it is new from manufacturer, and then make a copy of that page as proof.
