Cold-EEZE Compliment - Helps me stave off common colds

Review by S on 2008-03-29
Cold-Eeze - Cold Remedy Lozenges ReviewEvery winter I come down with some kind of crappy cold at least 2-3 times during the course of the flu-season.

This year I thought I would try a product called Cold-Eeze I found at Walgreens. It is basically a lozenge that contains Zinc, among other ingredients, to help reduce the duration of your cold. They say to start taking them within the first 48 hours of your symptoms showing up.

So far so good for me! Twice now I had felt a cold coming on, the scratching in my throat... etc... and I started popping these lozenges. Both times it seemed to thwart my cold, or least I never got past those first few warning symptoms.

Right now I'm trying it for a 3rd time. So far it has helped keep the cold at bay... but my throat has still been scratchy for days... keeping my fingers crossed!

Interesting product worth checking out if you find yourself catching colds throughout the winter...

Good Post Sparty....I don't get much colds...but I did try this once and it was ok...I wasn't sure if it worked or if it were just a coincidence because I didn't find it to have a strong taste to it, so I guess I didn't feel it was working...I believe they do come in different flavors...I do know of others who get colds that seem to last forever, and they swear by this product.

Thanks everyone. In regards to taste, they seem to come in a variety of flavors. I have the tropical fruit, which tastes pretty much like candy. I just wish they were sugar free.

My Mother in Law turned me onto these, they do seem to work.

My sister in law swears by these. They've never really helped me, and I really didn't like the coating the left in your mouth.
