Dish Network Complaint - No Show at Installation Time
FENTON, MISSOURI -- I have twice tried to order DISH Network service. The first time was a year ago (they appeared to have good rates). I took a day of vacation so I could be home when they came ot install the service. They never showed up at the house or bothered to call me. I called them and they finally said sorry they were so busy that day the installer was behind and I would have to reschedule. I cancelled the order and kept Charter. So about 1 year later I decided to try and give them another chance. I ordered again. Well as luck would have it - no show again. This time though they called and said they could not make it between 8 - 12 as promised and would try to make it at 3 p.m. but they could not promise me. I then said I would call customer service to reschedule. I spoke with someone who was so rude to me that I finally just cancelled again.
I will never call DISH network for service again for service because bottom line they do not deliver and make no apology for it.
