Spirit Airlines Informative - Flight Attendants need schooling
FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA -- It is rare to see a flight attendant talk to passengers as though he were a prison guard ordering inmates to behave. Are we forgetting our "customer service" manners? Rolling eyes and a dismissive manner are hardly tools for improving business. Specifically, flight attendant "Jason" on the Atlantic City to Aguadilla, PR segment has to be the most unhappy and poorly chosen employee that I have ever seen in a plane. Unfortunately, his act will most likely be overlooked by his supervisors, as Spirit Airlines seems to care very little.
