Wyndham El Paso Airport Complaint - Failed Ammenities, Rude Employees And Construction
EL PASO AIRPORT, TEXAS -- In our most recent stay March 30th, 2008, returning our soldier son to Fort Bliss, we stayed once again at the Wyhdham El Paso Airport. We arrived late as we had driven 13 hours. The price was much higher than we paid in our December 2007 stay. The Jabecausezi was still cold as ice as it was during our 10 day stay in December. We were not given breakfast vouchers for the next morning, even after complaining of the failed ammenities. Construction started in the hallway outside our room door at 8:00am and we were wanting to sleep in after driving and arriving late. We complained to management and were treated rudely and not given a discount or vouchers for food or future stays.
We will not stay here any more despite the fact that our son is stationed in Ft. Bliss and we will visit that city often. We do not recommend this hotel
