Do you have any documentation of the warranty? I'm puzzled as to how the manufacturer can help you here. If you don't have the warranty papers, call a local furniture restorer and get it fixed. Sounds like the seller is trying to duck out on warranty coverage. Sorry for your trouble.

Isn't the manufacturer's name stamped underneath the table? It should be...or even under the chairs, if you got matching chairs with it.

Like Debtorbasher said- look under the table. If not the full name there will most likely be a few letters with numbers and/or dashes following. Feel free to email me with what you find and I'll try to help you. :) OR- if you have your receipt that will help figure it out too.

Yes...it will be very simple to get the contact info of the manufacturer if you find the name under the table....just let us know what you find. A friend of mine gave me a beautiful dining room set when I first got my first Apartment...it had four chairs and I wanted to check on getting two more chairs...I checked on the bottom and found the name stamped on under the table and chairs, checked them out online for the additional chairs...and called them. Unfortunately, they discontinued making them. But, it was very easy to find their info.
