Hewlett-Packard Company Complaint - Delivery of Recovery Disc
On the 25-2-08 I ordered the recovery disc for my laptop. On the 28-2-08 they took out the £25-90 for the item from my bank account, they said it would be shipped on the 4-3-08. The people sending this is called Best2Serve a part of HP. It is now the 2-4-08 and have not received the disc yet,I have contacted HP again and they said they would reorder again on the 25-3-08, I got a email confirming the order. But this one has not arrived either. I rang HP again and they said they would reorder again from a different source.
They told me to ring back again on 11th April if it has not come. I am disgusted with the HP service
