Stargate Inc Complaint - Poor Support and Poor Reliability

Last week on October 6th, an email went out saying there would be 6 hours of downtime whey they relocated servers. Today is the 15th and the servers are STILL down. Estimated time for completion is NO ETA. My husbands BUSINESS is being hosted by this company, this is unacceptable! ALso, when you call to find out more information, the support people who answer the phone have a very nonchalant attitude, they don't offer an apology, they don't offer you free service to keep you as a customer and they expect you to pay $50 to get out of your "contract" if you cancel so you can try to move and get your business going again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STARGATE INC ALSO KNOWN AS WWW.STARGATEINC.COM IN ANY WAY AT ALL IF YOU EXPECT YOUR HOSTING COMPANY TO BE RELIABLE AND IF YOU EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD SOMETHING HAPPEN. I am appalled at their downtime and appalled at their lack of customer service.
