Frontier Airlines Complaint - Baton Rouge service discontinued
DENVER, COLORADO -- Frontier called today to notify me that they're canceling my itinerary for late April from Denver to Baton Rouge. They didn't give me the requisite 30 days notice and aren't willing to put me on another comparable flight because of the fare class I booked. Total BS. All they're willing to do is give me a refund - which I don't want because it would represent 1/3 of what a replacement ticket would cost. I got disconnected 4 times and spent my whole day talking to their representatives who were not sympathatetic or understanding at all. Now I'm out in the cold and they don't seem to care.
Hate to clutter up the courts with this, but they leave me no choice.
Did they only find out yesterday that they were canceling this route? Couldn't they have given me more notice, or put me on a comparable flight?
I will never fly them again and will tell everyone I know about this experience.
