UnSalon Informative - Shipped Wrong Product Twice; Won't Exchange

I ordered hair care products from this online seller. First, they sent the wrong product. When I returned it (at my own expense) for an exchange, they sent back the identical product I returned! I have requested they send me the correct product before I return the wrong ones again, and I have not heard back from them.

Absolutely do not purchase products from this company. I have now wasted over $50, and after two months, still do not have the product I want.

If you purchased by credit card, dispute the charge. Send the credit card company proof that you had already returned the product once and that the company sent the wrong product a second time. Good luck!

I have ordered 3 items and there were only 2 items in the parcel I received. I have also emailed them (to their 3 different email addresses) and left a message on their twitter account but no reply from any of it.

My total damage? over $100 dollars and I am really disappointed with their customer service.

I've ordered for almost $700 on unsalon.com for DevaCurl products and I paid with PayPal.I did reveived a confirmation, but that was it. The received my money, but I never got the products. They also do not respond on my email. I'm glad that Paypal gave me my money back, but I tell you DO NOT EVER ORDER OR PURCHASE FROM UNSALON.COM OR UNLTDSTORE. They also have a website on eBay. Be aware for these frauds!!!!!
