United Airlines Complaint - Poor customer service
Dear Maria A. Sastre,
As a frequent user of your company, I feel obligated to share with you my experience.
AFTER getting bumped from a OVERBOOKED flight, I was then excited to discover how CRAPPY United's customer service reps could treat me. It was actually quite impressive, just when you think things can't get worse.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I would like a letter of apology, however I don't think your organization is capable of responding appropriately to customers. I would love to see you try though.
