Forschler Home Center Complaint - Incompetent Repair Service And Lost Parts

ASH FLAT, ARKANSAS -- We took our chain saw into this store to be repaired about February 7, 2008. They repaired the saw but lost 4 of the parts to it. Claimed they were never there. After filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau they ordered the parts to replace the ones they lost. It is now April 4, 2008. We have checked with the store just about every week to see if the parts came in. We were told that the screws came in a month ago, but the cover had not arrived. We went to the store Monday and were told they had the screws, but the cover was not there. I called today and they say the cover is there, but there are no screws. Now they have lost the screws. I have never seen such incompetent people in my life. They have been telling us lies since the beginning.

Do not go into the store for anything. They are higher priced that most other places, plus if you leave something for repair they will lose the parts and call the customer a lier to their face.
