Cheaptickets.com Complaint - The worst customer service I have ever encountered

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- We booked a trip from Denver to Maui and bought insurance thru Cheaptickets. Now that ATA airline filed bankruptcy Cheap tickets says sorry but you should have read the fine print. Your insurance doesn't cover ATA. After hours of searching I found that Orbitz and Cheap tickets are owned by Travelport. Here is a list of corporate officers with phone numbers:

I hope These numbers can help some one. But none of these people care about taking care of customers. Only ripping them off!

I had a difficult time finding the list of covered suppliers by Access America. The latest list online is dated March 10, 2008. And sure enough ATA is not on it. Obviously this is before ATA went bankrupt. If you read the terms of the policy it does clearly state they have a list of covered suppliers. Problem is the when you use the link from cheaptickets to Access America there is no direct link to the list or even a mention of where to find it. I had to go to Access America's home page to locate it. There really should be a link in the policy to access the list.
