Review by Sanacks on 2008-04-04
ALEXANDRIA, VIRGINIA -- I placed an order on Amazon, I was told the T.V. I ordered would hang on my wall. They told me to call the seller Sixth Avenue Electronics and ask them also. I call Sixth Avenue Electronics, they told me it would hang on the wall. They never told it wouldn't hang on all walls. I went on and purchased the TV. Well when the people came to hang they told me it was to heavy for the wall. I contacted they would not help me. They told me to contact the seller. The seller told me it was my problem. never told me the seller would not take a LCD back. The seller told me his website states he won't take a T.V. back. I didn't order from his website and Amazon won't offer any help.

Don't order anything from this website it will still your money. Their customer service stink. They could care less about their customers go somewhere else. Please I am warning you. I have a T.V. that does nothing that I want it to do. I have tried everything with this company and they don't care about their customers. They want to tell me now their website no returns on T.V.'s they didn't sale me a T.V. through there site they sold it to me through Well website didn't say anything about no returns on t.v.'s.

Totally Frustrated

I believe you meant to say 47" as JVC doesn't offer a 57", at least not on their web pages. The 47" weighs about 69 pounds, but can be wall mounted as long as it's mounted properly to studs. It's possible that your wall studs are too far apart to bear such weight. I'd buy a sturdy cabinet to hold the monitor instead of wall mounting it.
