Spirit Airlines Complaint - Horrible Customer Service
I'm currently on hold and have been for over an hour. This is my 4th attempt to get a hold of this airline. All I needed to know was if they allowed animals on board. No agent has answered me, they just transfer me and then I'm on hold FOREVER.
Upon going on to the website, no contact info is listed. Completely unable to find an email contact. I most likely will not book this airline ever again. Makes me extremely nervous that I cannot get through.
